Here is a HP Mini 311 Chameleon Theme that I made from various sources.

USE THIS THEME WITH THE FILES FROM HERE

to install download and extract files open terminal and type:
sudo -s (password)

Then copy and replace the HPM311DP files with the ones from the theme (make a backup of the old files if you want to go back later)

then type:
sudo umount -f /Volumes/EFI
sudo rm -rf /Volumes/EFI
sudo fsck_hfs /dev/disk0s1
reboot
